Access OE Customer Budget Billing
Add Budget Billing for a Customer account by setting a Budget Billing Credit Limit and add the amount of the monthly payment in the Payment History section.
General
Establish the Payment Amount and Budget Billing Credit Limit on the General tab.
- Select to add or edit the credit limit to be used only for Budget Billing.

Credit Information | Month and Year To Date Purchases |
Credit Limit- View the current Credit Limit for Budget Billing
Previous Credit Limit- Displays any previous Credit Limit
Current Balance- The current Budget Billing balance.

Purchases- View MTD and Yearly Totals for Purchases.
Payments- Total Payments made for Budget Billing.

Available- The available credit calculated by subtracting the Current Balance from the Credit Limit |
In the Payment History section, enter the payment amount using the Add icon for Budget Billing which appears on the Customers Monthly Statement for eleven months. The 12 month, the true-up month, the actual cost of fuel delivered will be compared with total Budget Billing amount paid. Any overpayment will be credited to the account or any amount due will appear on the customer monthly statement.
Use the Close Budget Billing button to close Budget Billing for the Customer. A warning message will appear with the outstanding balance that will transfer to the customers AR account.
Tanks
Add the Tanks that will use Budget Billing to settle orders after delivery.
The Tank column displays the Tank ID associated with the Budget Billing
Product displays the Product Type selected for the Tank which may be Propane, Gasoline or Distillates
Capacity indicates the size of the Tank
Placement provides details where the tank is located
Serial will display any serial number entered for the Tank
Current Purchase totals the Year to date purchases.
Prior 2 Years' Purchases provides the total Purchases for the prior two years.
Transactions
View invoices and payments for Budget Billing on the Transactions tab.
Invoice, also known as the Order number, can be used to search for the specific transaction in either Access Open or Access Closed Orders.
The Date column indicates the date the transaction was finalized.
Operator provides the name of the Operator entering the transaction.
Period indicates the Financial Period the transaction was posted.
Type is the Type of transaction.
TTR, Transaction Tracking Reference, for the transaction.
Amount of the transaction.
